"She said any similarities were inadvertent. But Fairfax believed them to be intentional, and argued she had deliberately misled her managers when first confronted with the allegations.Oh yes, and what about the "financial difficulty, loss of professional reputation, and ill-health that has resulted" from my dismissal from the South End School and St Matthews Collegiate after local lying, corrupt police told the Principals of both schools that I had been charged and/or convicted of child abuse, which is a rumour they delight in perpetuating in order to manipulate local voters by lauding the praises of scum like Georgina Beyer and Gary McPhee, while slandering me.
Katterns argued that allowing her back to work would help ease the financial difficulty, loss of professional reputation, and ill-health that she claimed had resulted from her dismissal.
Katterns later said the ruling was to be expected."
The following rude and off hand email was received from Mary Major at the Press Council, on 11 October 2011:
"Good morning Kate,Prior to this, on September 26, I received this from her:
How are things progressing with the editor?
Regards,
Mary"
"Hello Kate,I informed Mary Major that there are over 20 emails which are clear and indisputable evidence of a refusal by Ms Heather McCracken, Acting Editor of the Wairarapa Times-Age, to be fair and reasonable and publish my press release in right of reply, particularly in light of the history of prejudice and bias against me is previous political reports. Lawyers have confirmed that this is politically motivated corruption - the local police are acting like a private army for Gary McPhee, Georgina Beyer, etc, while ignoring - and corruptly lying about - hundreds of uninvestigated child abuse allegations, and telling lies to my employers, the South End School and St Matthews Collegiate. They will be included in this post in the next day or so to demonstrate how arrogant and ineffectual the Press Council is and exactly how they deal with complaints.
I have all your correspondence, but while there is any chance that you might be able to resolve the issues directly with the acting editor I will not send the complaint on to the newspaper.
Generally speaking this resolution process works better if there is not a formal complaint in the offing.
Please let me know if you have had any further response from Heather McCracken.
Regards,
Mary Major
Local gutter press continue to print this utter rubbish and give their corrupt mates this kind of free advertising!
